Beet Therapy defines food wellness as the use of food to manage your physical and mental health. We believe that whole plant foods are strongly connected to your wellness. We are driven by the science behind plants and their ability to reverse and prevent health issues. With that being said, our purpose is to help clients confidently incorporate balanced and nutrient-dense plant foods into their daily lives, while having an understanding of its impact on weight loss, chronic disease prevention, health management, and emotional relationships with food. We create a pathway for our clients to practice healthy eating habits on a daily basis.

Through personalized coaching, I’ll work alongside you to develop an integrated plan to help you reach your food wellness goals. We are here to help you reach full body wellness and a healthy lifestyle that is sustainable.

Hi, my name is Courtnee!

I’m a holistic nutritionist based in Denver, CO and take clients throughout the U.S. I am certified and trained in evidence-based coaching methodology and integrated wellness strategies. I provide an inclusive and safe space for those in need of a fresh start to achieving a healthy lifestyle. I use my knowledge and passion for plant-based nutrition to educate my clients on how to incorporate food wellness into their everyday lives. I specialize in disease prevention, health management, weight-loss, plant-based recipes, meal planning, and developing a better relationship with food. I’m here for you! Let’s talk!

    You don’t have to do it alone. Group coaching can help foster peer learning and accountability, providing multiple perspectives, creating a sense of community, and offering a more dynamic and engaging learning experience.

  • Meal Plan

    Preparation is the key to food wellness. I offer personalized grocery lists and meal plans to help you achieve your goals. Our meal plans are design specifically for your body and lifestyle.

    3 Month | 8 Sessions | $400 Total

    6 Month | 12 Sessions | $600 Total

  • Customized meal plan for 3-5 days.
